Transpose Cell Values in Excel

Sometimes, we need to copy row values of a sheet to a column in another sheet in MS-Excel. In this case, TRANSPOSE function can be used and a few steps have to follow.

Steps -

1. Open Excel
2. Type 1,2,3,4 in four cells of first row as given below

3. Goto Sheet 2 and select the range i.e select four cells in first column

4. Type =TRANSPOSE(

5. Goto Sheet 1 and select the range of values

6. Press Ctrl + Shift + Enter
